Do I need to pack everything myself?

No. We wrap and pack fragile items for you on request, it is a service we offer and the team is properly trained at it. Most customers pack the easy rooms and let us handle the glass, china and electronics.

Are my fragile items insured?

Our standard cover protects your goods while we are carrying them. Tell us about anything especially valuable when you book and we will make sure it is wrapped and positioned properly for the journey.

What do you use to wrap breakables?

Soft packing paper, bubble wrap, mirror pads, moving blankets and plenty of tape. The same gear professional removal companies use, because we are one.

Can I use newspaper instead of packing paper?

Newspaper is fine for filling gaps and wrapping everyday kitchenware, but the ink can transfer onto white china and light fabrics. Use plain packing paper for anything you want to keep spotless.
