What we collect
When you call, text or use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your phone number, your email address if you offer one, and the details of the job you are asking about. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose only: to quote your job, arrange the move or clearance, and contact you about it. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not share your details with anyone, and we do not use your data for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of a completed job for as long as we need them for tax and insurance purposes, then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do so unless the law says we must keep them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to see the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To do any of these, call us on 07405 252572 or text the same number and we will sort it within a reasonable time and at no cost.
Third parties
The only third parties who ever see your data are the ones legally required for the job itself, such as the licensed waste facilities that receive your waste transfer notes, and our phone provider who carries the calls. None of them use your data for marketing.
