More than just emptying rooms
A house clearance is rarely just a removal job. There are emotions attached, paperwork to protect, and a legal responsibility for every item that leaves the building. We treat it as such. Our team works with respect, gives you the space you need, and flags anything that looks valuable or important before it goes anywhere near the van.
Whether it is a probate clearance, a rental handover, a landlord's renovation or simply the big sort out you have put off for years, the process is the same: one clear price, a team that works, and a clean, empty property at the end.
What a full clearance includes
- Every room cleared, loft, cellar, garage and garden included
- Furniture, white goods, electricals and general junk
- Valuables and paperwork flagged for your review first
- Reusable furniture offered to local charities
- Waste transfer notes issued for the whole load
- Floors swept and the property left empty and tidy
Probate and estate clearances
When a loved one passes, the last thing anyone needs is a van full of strangers making decisions. We move slowly, check with you at every step and never assume. Photographs, documents, keepsakes, anything uncertain gets set aside for the family to go through.
We also work directly with solicitors and estate agents managing probate properties. If you need a property cleared to a bare shell before sale, tell us the schedule and we will fit around the chain, including weekends.
Garage and garden clearances
The garage is where stuff goes to die, and we have seen every version of it. Rusted tools, old paint tins, that exercise bike with two miles on it, boxes nobody has opened since 2009. We clear it all, sort the metal for recycling and leave you a garage you can actually park in.
Garden clearances cover sheds, green waste, old fencing and rubble. If it can be carried, we take it. If it cannot, we bring the right team to make it can.
