Do I need to be there during the clearance?

You need to be there to point at the keep pile, but you do not need to lift anything. Many of our clearances are done with the customer in another room, checking off what they want kept as we bring it out.

What happens to the furniture we take?

Anything in good condition is offered to a reuse or charity partner first. Anything past its best is disposed of properly and recorded on your waste transfer note.

How long does a clearance take?

A one bed flat can be done in a few hours, a full three bed family home usually takes a day. We quote the time honestly when we see the property, and the price is for the whole job, not the clock.

Are you licensed for waste?

Yes, we are licensed waste carriers and every load leaves with a waste transfer note. Ask to see the licence when we arrive, we are proud to show it.
